This carrier structure also ensures that nano aluminum and zinc oxide components combine (bond together)optimally in the paste. The perfect combination of nano aluminum and zinc oxide provides excellent thermal conductivity between heat transfer material (e.g CPU) and heat sink. It will also make sure air bubbles do not produce.
